Nile Avenue, Manteca <br /> Questa Engineering Corp. (QEC) has reviewed the engineer designed septic system plan (EDSS), <br /> dated April 20, 2020, prepared by MCR Engineering for the above referenced site, for San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The EHD has the following conditions: <br /> 1. Obtain Engineer Designed System-Commercial permit prior to construction.An issued building permit <br /> is required prior to issuance of Engineer Designed System permit. If lift station is required the lift station <br /> shall include dual pumps with audio and visual alarm. A two-way clean out shall be installed between <br /> the building and the septic tank every 100 feet at ground level. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 2. Annual permit is required. Fee for annual operation permit is due at time of Onsite Wastewater <br /> Treatments System (OWTS) permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> time of payment. <br /> 3. The review and comments from QEC is attached. <br /> 4.
