Stockton,California 95201 <br /> (209) 468-3400 <br /> DATE: June 1, 1990 (C(D <br /> TO: San Joaquin County Planning Division <br /> FROM: Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> RE: MS-90-86 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Record of Survey. <br /> 1. 11. 06 - A soil suitability study as required by <br /> Section 9-10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> 2 . 11. 05 - State on revised plans or improvement plans <br /> the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 3 . 22. 04 - Construct a water well under permit and <br /> inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non- <br /> resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
