Martin <br /> 15265 S. Victory Road, Oakdale <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to acceptance of the improvement plan by <br /> the Environmental Health Division and issuance of building permits indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. <br /> Test well will be required to meet the following prior to acceptance of the <br /> improvement plan by the Environmental Health Division and issuance of building <br /> permits: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet Title 22 CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act), <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> 3. Results approved by the Environmental Health Division prior to final <br /> approval of improvement plans. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, well be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section <br /> 5-1400. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Carc Services 10 <br />
