Dear Harlin <br /> On January 27, 1995, groundwater monitoring and sampling was conducted at the above <br /> referenced site (Plate 1) The depths to water in wells MW1, MW2, MW3, MW4, and MW5 <br /> were measured, the wells were purged and samples were collected pursuant to the site Quality <br /> Assurance/Quality Control Plan Well purge logs and monitoring data are included in <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> Groundwater levels have risen an average of 3 48 feet in the wells since the previous <br /> monitoring event Groundwater monitoring data are summarized in Table 1 The gradient on <br /> January 27, 1995 was calculated to be in a north-easterly direction at 0 0022 ft/ft (Plate 2, <br /> Groundwater Gradient Map) <br /> Groundwater samples collected from the five wells were analyzed for benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX), and total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) <br /> utilizing EPA method 5030/802018015 Dissolved petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in <br /> monitoring wells MW 1, MW2, and MW3 Analytical data is presented in Table 2 The <br /> laboratory data sheets and chain-of-custody documentation are included in Attachment 2 <br /> Laboratory analyses were conducted by Sequoia Analytical Laboratories, Cal EPA, ELAP <br /> Certification No 1210 <br /> 1 <br /> 1500411QUARTLY"QR-1995 doc <br />
