His firm has been hired by County <br /> Counsel to assist with the County' s defense. <br /> He asked that our staff be advised that Lincoln Center's law firm <br /> has hired the Brown and Caldwell consulting firm as expert <br /> witnesses in this case. For this reason, our agency should <br /> consider any questions about the Lincoln Center contamination <br /> problem, water system or sewer system as coming from the opposing <br /> attorneys. <br /> He asked that we call him, 415 773-5942, or Steve Bassoff, 2980, at <br /> County Counsel ' s Office, before answering any questions or <br /> discussing anything about Lincoln Center with a representative of <br /> Brown and Caldwell or with Lincoln Center' s attorneys. <br />
