Patton Ave ROM 1556 <br /> Stockton, CA. 95215 PR#: 0522351 <br /> The above referenced site was placed in the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EMD) Local Agency Groundwater Protection/Underground Injection Control Program <br /> (UIC) after confirmation that disposal of a chemical waste to a septic system had occurred" <br /> Investigation for the chemical waste disposed to the septic system has been performed since that <br /> discovery. <br /> This report prepared by your consultant, Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc., documents the <br /> sampling and laboratory analyses of the soil beneath the leach lines of the septic system. <br /> Based on information in the above-referenced file and with the provision that the information <br /> provided to this agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, no further action <br /> related to a chemical disposal to that septic system is required. <br /> Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability for pollution not discovered <br /> during this investigation.
