Hot water of 120 F shall always be available. Currently we are unable to adjust/or see <br /> water heater(it is in the attic). Meanwhile provide hot water from a kettle for proper utensil washing (first wash with soap). <br /> Soapy water shall be at least 100 F. <br /> Employee is in the process of buying a tea kettle in order to get hot water. <br /> Owner shall investigate size of water heater. If it is undersized it shall be replaced with proper unit. Contact this dept with <br /> water heater specs.We will let you know if you need to either repair it or replace it.
