Waste/used antifreeze —the federal hazard categories have not been updated and the maximum daily amount <br /> has wrongly been reported as 55 gallons vs. 110 gallons (two 55 gallons drums of waste antifreeze were observed <br /> at the time of inspection). <br /> 2. Waste oil -the federal hazard categories have not been updated and the maximum amount is wrongly identified <br /> as 300 gallons vs. 370 gallons (one 370 gallon waste oil tank was observed at the time of inspection). <br /> 3. Motor oil -the federal hazard categories have not been updated and the maximum amount is wrongly identified <br /> as 250 gallons vs. 565 (three 55 gallon drums, one 150 gallon tank, and one 250 gallon tank of new oil were <br /> observed at the time of inspection). <br /> • Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 4. Location of the waste/used antifreeze. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, <br /> 1 <br />
