Prior to Emcou,work conducted at the site included subsurface <br /> mvestigations and groundwater monitoring by Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc., Of Rancho <br /> Cordova, Nations Groundwater Associates of Sacramento, and Aegis EnvnvnnxntA Inc. <br /> (Aegis), of Roseville, California. Site details may be found in a "Quarterly Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Report," dated April 14, 1995, submitted to Moore Petroleum by Emcan. <br />
