Construct a water well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy . <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 2 . Install are approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system. <br /> 3 . State on revised plans or improvement plans the <br /> maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system <br /> is being designed for. <br /> 4 . State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it can not be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and can not contain any underground utility lines . <br /> 5 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored , removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with Sari Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and 4$1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 6 .
