Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003); state <br /> specific repairs. Upgrade present system to meet 85 employee demand. The <br /> 1991 Environmental Health Division septic permit was not completed or finaled <br /> and has expired. 171/m, ; - <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individYals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordin nce 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, <br /> tl(l Section 5-4207).
