Should the number of non-resident individYals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordin nce 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, <br /> tl(l Section 5-4207).
