Goold <br /> 17463 Gawne Road, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> b. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to be retained on the <br /> premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. <br /> C. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount which would <br /> preclude good waste management practices. Applicant is to contact the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste <br /> Management Report to be approved by Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A Division of Sun Joaquin County Health Care Serviccs Q�> <br />
