Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the f inal map. <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required. A <br /> will serve letter is required from, the sewer district <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> \ proposed project prior to recording the final map . <br /> 3 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 0877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14, CCR. <br /> 4. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 5 . If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain <br /> an EPA identification number and comply with applicable <br /> regulations . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
