The site <br /> currently occupies assessor' s parcel numbers 201-060-01 and 201- <br /> 060-05 . The expansion would occur within the currently permitted <br /> landfill and involve property which the City needs to acquire . The <br /> expanded area would abut the northern fenceline of the Forward, <br /> Inc . Landfill (SWIS No. 39-AA-0015) The project also includes the <br /> relocation of the North Branch of the South Fork of the Little <br /> Johns Creek to the north and west of the existing landfill . In <br /> addition, the project would include a portable chemical storage <br /> locker with a double containment system for temporary storage of <br /> hazardous materials screened from the landfill . The landfill is <br /> owned and operated by the City of Stockton. A private contractor, <br /> Gambi Enterprises, Inc. , operates the landfill for the City. <br />
