Treated effluent discharged into the infiltration pond contained trace concentrations
' of three volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the monthly effluent samples. In addition, cis-1,2-
dichloroethene was measured above the practical quantitation limit (PQL) during each monthly sampling
event. Total VOC concentrations in the effluent ranged from 1.00 pg/L to 1.15 pg/L during the fourth
quarter 2016 monitoring period. For remediation system operations, the Groundwater Treatment Facility
' treated 19.4 million gallons of groundwater and removed approximately 0.85 pounds of volatile organic
compounds (VOCs) and the landfill gas collection and destruction system operated approximately 2173
hours and destroyed approximately 33,899 pounds of VOCs.
I certify under penalty of law, that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information
submitted in this document and all attachments, and that based on my inquiry of those individuals
immediately responsible for obtaining this information, I believe that the information is true, accurate, and
complete.
