Treated effluent discharged into the infiltration pond contained trace concentrations <br /> ' of three volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the monthly effluent samples. In addition, cis-1,2- <br /> dichloroethene was measured above the practical quantitation limit (PQL) during each monthly sampling <br /> event. Total VOC concentrations in the effluent ranged from 1.00 pg/L to 1.15 pg/L during the fourth <br /> quarter 2016 monitoring period. For remediation system operations, the Groundwater Treatment Facility <br /> ' treated 19.4 million gallons of groundwater and removed approximately 0.85 pounds of volatile organic <br /> compounds (VOCs) and the landfill gas collection and destruction system operated approximately 2173 <br /> hours and destroyed approximately 33,899 pounds of VOCs. <br /> I certify under penalty of law, that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information <br /> submitted in this document and all attachments, and that based on my inquiry of those individuals <br /> immediately responsible for obtaining this information, I believe that the information is true, accurate, and <br /> complete.
