He continued to state that the facility contains a few
mobile food facilities that are not longer in use and thus have to be moved from one area of the property to another. However
the owner has extended his services in order to comply with the services the customers are paying for.The yard contains a
shaded area for mobile food units near the two three-compartment sinks and ice maker. The yard also contains, roughly,
35-40 outlets that the mobile food facilities can use to keep their refrigeration running over night. The facility does contain a
portion of the yard in which mobile food facilities that are no longer running or had been towed by the property owner to the
specific location due to lack of payments by the owners of the mobile food units. This section is located off to the sidein order
to make room for the existing mobile food units. The owner stated that the facility contains room for more trucks but currently
has an issue with trucks only paying the first few months to obtain their Health permit. I requested an updated list of all the
mobile food facilities on file, I will match with my inventory list and the list will also contain the the mobile food facilities that are
using the minimal services as well.
Observed no violations at this time.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0021418 C00051927 SCO04 05/11/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
