The permit <br /> has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Paul Nso at ( 209 ) 468 - 3432 to arrange the following appointments ( a 48- hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments ) . <br /> • Corrosion protection : Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to <br /> backfilling . <br /> • Spill bucket test : Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test ( or equivalent) . Proper drainage must also be verified . <br /> • Overfill prevention verification : Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95 % tank volume <br /> shut off. Verification of flapper functionality . Ensure that all pertinent tank charts and <br /> calculations are available for review at the time of inspection . <br /> • Verification that ball float (s) , if installed , do not interfere with the installed flapper valve . <br /> • If concrete will be broken near the 87 , 91 and diesel tanks , a secondary containment <br /> test must be performed on these components once concrete is poured in accordance <br /> with the manufacturer' s guidelines and test results submitted to the EHD within 30 days <br /> of testing . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87, 91 and diesel UST <br /> system prior to the EHD inspection and approval. <br />
