Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA. 95205 <br /> RE: 4th Quarter 2018 Septic Tank Monitoring <br /> Commercial Septic Permit#SR0033926 <br /> Dear Mr. Tasiopoulos, <br /> Enclosed please find the most recent analytical results for sampling of Musco Family <br /> Olive Company's commercial septic system. <br /> Analytical Results <br /> The'IDS ranged from 1,730—2,020 mg/L in the 4`'' quarter of 2018. TSS ranged 40- <br /> 140 mg/L. The BOD ranged from 79—733 mg/L. Sodium levels remained moderate at <br /> 588-672 mg/L. All Nitrate nitrogen levels where non-detect at <0.2 mg/L.All Total <br /> Kjeldahl Nitrogen ranged 170-210 mg/L. Total Organic Carbon (TOC) also maintained <br /> moderate levels of 32-245 mg/L. Please note that the monitoring requirements request <br /> that carbonaceous biological oxygen demand (C.B.O.D.) be one of the analytical <br /> parameters but with approval of EHD,we have substituted total organic carbon <br /> (T.O.C.) for C.B.O.D.
