Samples collected in the vicinity of the leaded gasoline tank <br /> and pump islands were also analyzed for ethylene dxbromide and total lead TPH <br /> was present in the samples collected from beneath the west ends of the 12,000 <br /> gallon tank and 8,000 gallon tank at 460 ppm and 1 ppm, respectively The sample <br /> collected from beneath the north pump island indicated 13,000 ppm TPH None of <br /> the other samples contained detectable concentrations of TPH or BTEX <br /> During the removal of the tanks, approximately 300 cubic yards of contaminated <br /> fill material were removed from the excavation and placed on plastic sheeting on <br /> the south edge of the property After proper characterization, the stockpile was <br /> transported,," Bern's Truck & Equipment, Inc treatment facility in Red Bluff, <br /> California where it was remediated by passive aeration <br /> l� ' <br />
