Austin Road, Ripon <br /> APN 226-150-27 & 28, SR0082636, PA-2000069 (MS) <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated September 18, 2020 and submitted on September <br /> 23, 2020 for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater for the <br /> following proposed project: <br /> 1. A Minor Subdivision PA-2000069 (MS)to create a 24.71-acre parcel and a 54.37-acre parcel. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings.. <br /> 1.
