Jonathon Ct, Stockton
APN 085-580-07, SR0082807
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated October 21, 2020 and submitted on October 30,
2020 for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater
treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
1. EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for future
development on the proposed parcels, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title
9, Section 9-1105.2(d). The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required
minimum setbacks stated in San Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
_p "
Muniappa Nadu, REHS
Assistant Director
c: LiveOak
1868 E.
