COMPLAINANTS FRIEND <br /> BECAME ILL AS WELL(SAME SYMPTOMS)AFTER ORDERING A CHICKEN BURRITO ON 01-05-21. COMPLAINANT <br /> IS CONCERNED THAT PROPER HAND WASHING IS NOT TAKING PLACE AND THAT THE TRUCK OPERATORS USE <br /> A PORT-A-POTTY. TRUCK PARKS BY HOUSTON SCHOOL IN ACAMPO. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
