Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with the manager. I informed her about the reason for my visit. Complainant alleged the <br /> restrooms are very dirty. The manager thinks they were complaining about the restrooms in the main store not the fuel station. <br /> The manager allowed me look at the restrooms at the fuel station and then we went to the main store. The restrooms in the <br /> fuel station are clean.There is some paper on the floor in one of the restrooms in the main store, and the paper towel <br /> dispenser is open. Per manager the restrooms are cleaned every hour but sometimes people cleaned themselves and dirty <br /> the restrooms.
