Submitted complaint and letter to Scott to review. <br /> 12/23/2020 Called complainant and left a voicemail asking for a call back to set up an LINDSAY <br /> appointment and see if the complaint has been resolved <br /> 12/28/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING BALLWAHN <br /> VIOLATIONS TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> BALWANT SINGH SANDHU <br /> 1623 BELLATERRA DR <br /> MANTECA CA 95337 <br /> 01/04/2021 Received voicemail from owner stating that when the tenants moved into the LINDSAY <br /> dwelling they remodeled the whole thing and fixed all the issues. Since the tenant <br /> has moved in he has been ruining it and causing issues. He has gone over there a <br /> few times to fix the problems the tenant has addressed to him so he doesn't <br /> understand why the county was called. <br /> I attempted to call him back but it went to voicemail so I left a voicemail asking for <br /> a call back. <br /> Received a call back from owner, he says he was on site and talked to his tenants, <br /> they said they do not know who put the complaint in and they do not have any <br /> issues. He gave the tenants the phone and discussed the alleged complaint, <br /> asked if they had any issues. She said no and it must of been the previous tenant. <br /> I understood and let the owner I would close the complaint. <br /> Recommend to close complaint as Office Response.
