NO PROPER PROTOCOLS WERE <br /> TAKEN. <br /> Went to the facility and spoke with a manager. I informed him about the complaint, <br /> above, regarding not following the state order during the purple tier. He informed <br /> me that during the day all the customers sit outside and they set the table 6 feet <br /> apart. He works during the day only and he is not aware about what happens at <br /> night. The manager informed me that as far as he knows the events are canceled <br /> for now. <br /> All of the staff inside are wearing masks/face coverings. Signs to follow social <br /> distancing are being provided on the doors. The one on the main entrance door <br /> fell off. They are providing sanitizers at the front/entrance areas. <br /> Currently only take out is being conducted. There are outdoor areas set up with <br /> only one side wall open. Note: the outdoor areas are suppose have 3 wall sides <br /> open. I informed the manager that only take out and outdoor dining should be <br /> conducted at this time and only people in the same household can sit together. <br /> Social distancing must be followed. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
