Submitted complaint and letter to Scott to review. <br />12/28/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING <br />VIOLATIONS TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />RAUL & CONNIE ESTRADA <br />428 ANA ST <br />FREMONT CA 94539 <br />BALLWAHN <br />12/30/2020 Visited the property for a complaint of a camping trailer that was occupied. When I SUSZYCKI <br />arrived I saw a trailer at the front of the property with disconnected extension cords <br />hanging from it. The trailer was locked with a combonation lock. I still knocked on <br />the door and only heard dogs barking from inside. Next to the front door of the <br />trailer was a bucket full of urine. <br />I knocked on the front door of the single family dwelling and spoke to a woman <br />that was the primary renter. She told me that the woman in the trailer was her <br />sister-in-law and they allowed her to stay there temporarily because she was <br />homeless. They stated that they want her to leave and have started the eviction <br />process. I told her that I will no post the trailer as they are taking care of the <br />situation, but I will still hold on to the complaint. I was given her husband Justin's <br />phone number. <br />05/21/2021 Reviewed the complaint and called the tenant of the single family dwelling. He <br />stated that the trash has been cleaned up and the people living there are gone. I <br />asked him to send a picture to my phone so that I could close out the complaint. <br />05/24/2021 Received pictures showing that all of the violations had been corrected.
