The complaint SINGH <br />alleges the dumpster is emptied once a week, it needs to be emptied twice a week <br />because the trash overflows from dumpster attracting insects. I did not observe <br />the dumpster over flowing upon arrival. I met with the Manager, Edward, on site. <br />Edward mentioned there were issues with the dumpster overfilling because the <br />motel was full, but now there are vacancies and the dumpster has not been <br />overflowing. He mentioned he will speak with owner about getting a bigger <br />dumpster. A notice was taped to the dumpster regarding to overfilling it. <br />Note: Multiple inspections conducted this day, travel time varied. <br />07/01/2021 Reviewed owner and property information on Parcel Viewer.
