Observed one dead <br /> cockroach at the 2 comp sink and several dead cockroaches at the mop sink. Take immediate action to rid the facility of <br /> cockroaches. Clea up dead roaches and sanitize the area(s). <br /> Per owner, pest control occurred yesterday. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained;Approved Back Flow Device <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Per owner, the hot water faucet at the 2 comp sink leaks(that's why it was turned off).
