Prepared for inspection. SINGH <br />06/25/2021 3348 N Moon Ave., Stockton - Complaint inspection. The complaint alleges the SINGH <br />resident is feeding stray cats and have excessive cat feces on the property that is <br />causing a horrendous smell. I observed bowls with cat food and water on the front <br />porch. I met with Gino and Beverly, property owner, at the site. I was given <br />permission to take pictures by Gino and Beverly. There was feces in the yard next <br />to the driveway and the fence close to the neighbor's property and also throughout <br />the backyard. There was a bad odor and a moderate fly population, especially in <br />the backyard. The owner said that they have 5 cats, but the rest of the cats are <br />strays. I asked her to not leave out food for the stray cats, but she refused. She <br />stated she will not let the cats starve. A NTA was issued, the correct by date is <br />7/2/21. <br />06/28/2021 Created a photolog and discussed the complaint with Natalia. <br />Reviewed the SJC Ordinance and Title 14 relating to solid waste removal. <br />06/30/2021 Updated file. <br />07/09/2021 3348 N Moon Ave., Stockton - Complaint reinspection. Complaint alleges <br />excessive feces on property from stray cats is causing horrendous smell. Nobody <br />was home for the inspection, I rang the door bell. I left my card on the screen door. <br />The patch of yard next to the driveway has been cleaned of animal feces. Animal <br />feces was observed in the front yard. A deceased kitten was observed in the front <br />yard, next to the porch. Food and water bowls were on the patio. I was not able to <br />inspect the backyard due to property owner not being available. <br />Note: Multiple inspections conducted this day.
