SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPLAINANT BELIEVES <br />IT IS SEWAGE COMING UP. <br />***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and noticed a sewar smell upon entering the facility. <br />I spoke with the PIC (Person In Charge) who was not aware of the compliant prior to this investigation. <br />Per PIC there was a sewar line break approximately mid September and the facility closed for a week for repairs. <br />Per PIC grease interceptor is cleaned every 28-30 days. <br />PIC pointed out the area where the repair occurred in the parking lot near the neighboring "Denny's" and Pacific Ave. <br />I observed City Stockton Jobsite Record and Roto Rooter "Description of Work" (9/30/2021) <br />I observed Women's and Men's restrooms and flushed toilets. <br />I turned on water faucets in the kitchen (3 comp sink, mop sink and prep sink). <br />I did not observe "Water coming up out of floor drains and coming out of the restroom" at this time. <br />Per PIC work described in the Roto Rootor "Description of Work" has been completed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
