A site visit conducted the EHD staff on December 13, 2021 revealed that the location of the domestic <br /> well located on proposed Parcel #1 is inaccurately depicted on the Site Plan dated November 23, <br /> 2021. The location of the domestic well is located on the proposed Parcel #2. Prior to record of <br /> survey, submit to the Environmental Health Department a revised Site Plan showing the location of <br /> the existing domestic well on Parcel #2 and the location of a proposed domestic well which shall be <br /> constructed on Parcel #1 to serve the existing single family residence located on Parcel #1. <br /> 2. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel #1 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required prior to record of survey.
