Contact the local fire department , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust (a siaov . orq to arrange the following appointments ( a 48- hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments) . <br /> a . Sensor functionality : Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br /> that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br /> of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code . ( work completed on 12/21/2021) <br /> 4 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , <br /> current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be <br /> issued to the installation company) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual by <br /> the State Water Board <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service Technician <br /> certificate issued by the International Code Council ( ICC ) <br /> c . Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component (s ) being tested , repaired , or serviced <br /> 5 . The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS ) at http : //cers , calepa , ca . gov/ and ensure all UST information is current . <br /> 1868 E .
