Per manager they replace the bottles every Monday. There may have been an issue with the sanispray dispenser. Provide sanitizing solution with 200 ppm quat minimum in spray bottles and repair dispenser as necessary. Correct today. Provide warm water between 100-108 F at the nonadjustable sinks. Correct today. The water at the 3 comp sink was 118 F and the temperature fluctuated. Provide hot and cold water with hot water maintained at 120 F minimum. Correct today. Provide hand wash signs today.
