PEDRAZA <br />I did not find a possible source for needle. The owner of the restaurant stated that <br />no employees used needles in the facility. I found other violations where the <br />corrections need to be verified. A reinspection will be conducted. I called and <br />informed the complainant regarding the inspection results. I emailed the report to <br />the owner to cuate_rivera@hotmail.com and the complainant at <br />jeff82stone@yahoo.com and cc Jeff Carruesco. <br />09/16/2021 Conducted a reinspection from a complaint inspection.
