Loren MURO
indicated there was a traffic accident southbound on 1-5 freeway north of the
Downing Ave in Stockton, CA. Three vehicles were involved and resulted in the
release of diesel and oil from the big rig. The responsible party is unknown at the
time. No waterways were impacted. About 30 gallons of diesel released from the
big rig and crossed over to the soil on the other side of the center divider by
traveling through the scupper.
