San Joaquin County Well Standards <br />section 9-9.2.1 * states "To determine quality of water produced by a new water well, it shall be sampled <br />by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the installation of the well pump, <br />and disinfection." The cost of sampling was included with the well permit issuance. <br />We have sampled your new well and have received your results. Your water sample was analyzed by <br />FGL Stockton Laboratory, a state certified lab. <br />The well water results have FAILED the General Mineral (Manganese) established criteria. <br />Contaminant Result MCL** <br />Manganese 200 ug/L 50 ug/L <br />The well water PASSED the criteria for the other analyses: bacteriological (Coliform/E-Coli). <br />For more information and possible <br />analytical results.
