CS-2200223 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I spoke to the District Manager who said the facility was just open for take out and drive thru last month. <br />Currently the facility is open for dine in. <br />Restrooms are now available. <br />I discussed California Food Code <br />ARTICLE 2. TOILET FACILITIES <br />(b) (1) A permanent food facility shall provide clean toilet facilities in good repair for consumers, guests, or invitees when there <br />is onsite consumption of foods or when the food facility was constructed after July 1, 1984, and has more than 20,000 square <br />feet of floor space. <br />I observed restrooms. <br />Toilets are functional and restrooms are available for consumer use. <br />Unisex restroom air dryer does not work at this time. <br />Paper towels were provided temporarily. <br />Provide functional air dryer or paper towels in dispenser at this sink. <br />Per District Manager, the hand dryer will be addressed today. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
