A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> L Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> Gb Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> O Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> PC Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> 6') the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
