Martin <br /> 27670 N. Sowles Rd, Galt <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1115.7) <br /> /c, I The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> dl Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: The <br /> pump discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the standpipe with an air gap equal <br /> to at least twice the diameter of the discharge pipe between the pipe and the standpipe, <br /> or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #2 under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> e.
