Turner Road, Lodi <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> (�t� A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7)The cross-connection for the existing irrigation well on the designated remainder parcel <br /> must be repaired under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The cross-connection shall be eliminated by either: <br /> 1. installing an approved backflow prevention device, or <br /> 2. rerouting the inlet pipe into the standpipe over the top of the standpipe to provide <br /> an appropriate air gap between the inlet pipe and the standpipe. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
