<br />OBSERVATIONS: Currently access to 3 comp sink is blocked by construction to due the remodeling and facility does not
<br />have hot water available. Discontinue using frazil slushy machine and serving slushies until hot water is available and 3
<br />comp sink is accessible for proper warewashing of nozzles. Correct today.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Facility currently does not have hot water available due ongoing construction for the remodel. Provide hot
<br />and cold water with hot water at 100 F minimum at hand sinks and 120 F minimum at 3 comp sink and mop sink once hot
<br />water is available.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris inside frazil slushy nozzles. Per manager the inside of the machine is cleaned by the
<br />company but the facility is responsible for cleaning the removable nozzles. Clean and sanitize nozzles when 3 comp sink is
<br />accessible and hot water is available at facility.
