Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: Currently access to 3 comp sink is blocked by construction to due the remodeling and facility does not <br />have hot water available. Discontinue using frazil slushy machine and serving slushies until hot water is available and 3 <br />comp sink is accessible for proper warewashing of nozzles. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Provide hot <br />and cold water with hot water at 100 F minimum at hand sinks and 120 F minimum at 3 comp sink and mop sink once hot <br />water is available. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris inside frazil slushy nozzles. Per manager the inside of the machine is cleaned by the <br />company but the facility is responsible for cleaning the removable nozzles.
