All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #4 Safety Equipment <br />OBSERVATIONS: Rope attached to life ring is knotted and does not span the width of the pool. <br />Provide. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained, readily visible, and available for use. Pools shall have at <br />minimum one 12 foot fixed-length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17-inch life ring with an attached throw <br />rope. Throw rope shall be of sufficient length to span the maximum width of the pool and shall be stored to prevent kinking or fouling. <br />(CCR 65540) <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: Flow meter is in disrepair. <br />Provide operative. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Influent guage is stuck at 40psi. <br />Provide operative influent guage. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
