All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lacking CPR and emergency signs in spa room. Provide CPR sign and emergency sign with name and <br />address of pool facility prior to opening spa. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />Flow rate:gpm <br />pH: <br />Chlorine:ppm <br />Cyanuric acid:ppm <br />Temp:º F <br />Combined chlorine:ppm <br />NOTES <br />Routine inspection. <br />Spa has not been used since last year due to leaking copper pipe in pump room, recirculation pump was shut off. <br />Observed water in spa, bottom and main drains were visible. <br />Keep water chlorinated and clear so that bottom of spa is visible. <br />Door to indoor spa was kept locked. <br />Call for re-inspection prior to opening spa if it will open this year. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
