Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 11-door cooler was 44 F at the beginning of the inspection. Re-checked the temperature at the end <br />of the inspection and it was still 44 F. Adjust unit to maintain 41 F or below. Clean and maintain as needed. <br />------------------- <br />The area underneath the onion, garlic, and potato shelf in the retail area was observed with debris.
