The property SUSZYCKI <br />is on sewer and Cal Water. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the parcel. <br />08/26/2021 Visited the property with the Community Service Team. The owner gave us <br />permission to look around. Both trailers had their sewage drains capped and were <br />no longer occupied. The storage shed in the back had been converted into a <br />dwelling and equipped with a restroom. I could see disonnected pipes coming out <br />the back but no sewage on the ground. <br />The garage had also been converted into a separate unit with a restroom. I posted <br />the property with a Sewage Disposal Notice and told the owner that if she has the <br />garage and storage shed converted back that I would not charge her. CDD is <br />giving the owner until September 15th to obtain demolition permits. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />09/03/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />09/08/2021 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN <br />LOG DATED 08/26/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />VINCENT CERON & ESPINOZA YADIT <br />2936W EUCLID AVE <br />STOCKTON CA 95204 <br />09/14/2021 Returned a call from lIed but SUSZYCKI <br />no one answered. I left a message explaining t e violations. <br />Lilia called back and asked if she could just cap the lines. I told her that we need <br />to conversion removed or permitted. <br />Lilia called again and told me that there is a new buy who wants to permit the <br />conversions and is asking for time to take care of it.
