No major violations. Follow-up will occur with routine BAKER <br />inspection. <br />Observed oily stains and puddles starting from back door of Restaurant to the <br />planter area and onto the sidewalk. Did not observed any oil in gutter. Manager, <br />Liliana Morales, unaware of complaint and that facility is washing oil out the back <br />door. Discontinue this practice immediately. Clean-up greasy area outside and do <br />not dispose of oil to the sidewalk, dirt or storm drains. Send photos of cleaned <br />area to lbaker@sjgov.org or 209-616-3046 within two weeks to avoid a chargeable <br />re-inspection. <br />Discussed report with Liliana Morales (Manager).
