All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The Nestle creamer dispenser was 74 F and the creamer bags were not cool to the touch. The unit was <br />unplugged. Maintain 41 F or below when cold holding PHFs. Corrected on site, the creamer bags were discarded and the <br />unit was turned on and reached 41 F by the end of the inspection. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The sanitizer dispenser at the 3 comp sink did not provide any sanitizer in solution, no warewashing was <br />being done during the inspection. Manually mix sanitizing solution and provide 200 ppm quat or 100 ppm chlorine minimum <br />sanitizing solution when warewashing until sanitizer dispenser is serviced and provides 200 ppm quat minimum. Corrected <br />on site, sanitizing solution will be mixed manually until dispenser is serviced. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
