The complaint alleges the facility's large dumpster is overflowing with <br /> trash and garbage. Mice and rats observed on site, per allegation. I met with the <br /> office manager, Cathy (209-948-6995) at the site. She mentioned the dumpsters <br /> are emptied and the waste is compacted 2 to 3 times a week. The disposal <br /> company picks up the waste weekly. She is not sure which company is used for <br /> disposal. A green dumpster was observed near the restroom and boat launch <br /> area. The dumpster was not overflowing. Two more dumpsters were observed in <br /> the RV area. They were not overflowing. A larger white dumpster was observed <br /> next to the compactor at the entrance of the RV area.
