All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible OBSERVATIONS: Lacking soap and paper towel dispensers at hand sinks. Provide soap and paper towel dispensers at hand sinks prior to operating. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained OBSERVATIONS: Ecogrip flooring and coving in some employee areas was not complete during the inspection, ecogrip sealant finish around floor sink was not smooth. Provide complete smooth flooring and coving. Observed hole in wall at front counter area and wall in restroom was not finished. Repair/provide smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent surface. Observed missing ceiling vent covers. Install ceiling vent covers prior to operating. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
