All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Soap and paper towels were lacking at the hand sink in the back near the fryers. Maintain soap and <br />paper towel dispensers in good working order at all times. This was corrected on site. Paper towel dispenser is not working. <br />Repair paper towel dispenser today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: A chicken tender in the top hot hold warmer was observed at 128 F. Adjust unit so that food is held at <br />135 F or above. This was corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand wash sink in the kitchen near the fryers exceeded 108 F. Adjust the hand wash sink water <br />temperature to maintain 100 - 108 F as it is a non-adjustable faucet. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed ice accumulation inside the one door Delfield freezer and the walk-in freezer. Clean ice within <br />three days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards.
